We want to bootstrap use of this forum in a way that:
- encourages substantial active use
- solves real problems for users
- engages users with people in the community that they may not already know.
There’s a real risk to advertising and directing people to this forum before there is anything to engage with.
I’m actively interested in ideas on how to avoid this.
My thoughts would be:
- Each member project talks to or emails a group of power users to get commitment to get notifications on topics of their interest / expertise and agree to respond to posts with high quality content. (“Help group”).
- Add useful content here instead of other locations - can the POSE team start using this forum to carry on any of discussions?
